The first steps in the life of an zookeeper !
The children, accompanied by a zookeeper, will take their first steps as “apprentice zookeeper”.
By meeting the species of the Reserve, they will participate in the daily life of the zookeepers and learn more about their profession, about the well-being of the animals, and about the role of the Reserve in the protection of endangered species.
A unique experience for your children to discover the profession of zookeeper for a morning !

Program*
- 9:00 a.m.- Reception of participants at the meeting point (entrance gate to the Reserve).
- Preparing the enclosure for red pandas and dwarf otters.
- Preparing the wallaby enclosure, preparing rations and feeding.
- 10:00 a.m. - Snack break**
- Feeding the lemurs.
- Creation and distribution of enrichment to squirrel monkeys or maned wolves or tapirs.
- 12:00 p.m. End of the activity. The group is escorted back to the meeting point given (entrance gate or reception depending on the opening hours to the public).

- 2 children: 150 €
- 3 children: 225 €

- This rate includes: the activity from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. + snack (fruit juice and cakes) + free visit the rest of the day when the park is open if an adult accompanies the child.
- Schedules : from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Duration : about 3 hours.
- Age : from 8 years minimum to 12 years inclusive.
- Wearing comfortable and dirty clothes and shoes is highly recommended. Don't hesitate to bring a bottle of water.
- By reservation only, directly online.
- Signing of a mandatory parental release.
- Only in french language.
- Failure by children to comply with safety rules will result in the service being terminated without refund.
- Parents who wish to spend the day or afternoon at the park will need to purchase an additional ticket.
- Ticket validity period: If the ticket is undated, it is valid for one year from the date of purchase. If the ticket is dated, it is valid only on the day of booking.
- Cancelation :
Cancellation of your activity will result in a 50% charge minus a cancellation fee of €5.00, up to 7 days before the date of the visit, no refund after this period. If the cancellation is made up to 15 days before the visit, the service is fully refunded excluding a cancellation fee of €5.00 or postponed. The booking date can be changed up to 15 days before the date of the visit subject to availability. All refunds will be made by bank transfer.
- The funds generated by the “Zookeeper seeds” experience are used to operate the Reserve and its actions to conserve endangered species.
